Tim Flowers is an accomplished hospitality executive with over 30 years of experience working in restaurant management and development, including nearly 10 years of tenure and over 25 openings at MINA Group. Tim brings to TableOne a range of valuable expertise including new openings, project management, operations, concept development and menu programming, SOP implementation, space planning, design, procurement, task force coordination and relationship management.
In addition to MINA Group, Tim has held leadership roles at luxury hotel corporations including Ritz Carlton Hotels, Rosewood Hotels, Starwood Hotels, Montage Hotels and Omni Hotels in addition to owning and operating a Los Angeles-based consultancy for luxury hotel food & beverage programs. His extensive knowledge and experience combined with his notable level-headed demeanor and forward-thinking attitude round out this esteemed professional with a winning mentality that makes him a tremendous asset to the team.
