Phil joins TableOne with over a decade of hospitality experience working in every position from Host to Beverage Director, and finally found a home behind the bar where he was able to marry two of his passions: performing and cocktails. As a dancer, Phil performed with legends like Lady Gaga and Rihanna and by channeling that same energy as a mixologist, Phil was able to make the bar his stage.
After moving to New York in 2015, Phil was lucky enough to surround himself with exceptional cocktail creators who introduced him to the art of storytelling through spirits and flavors.
Since then, Phil has opened multiple concepts in Los Angeles to Martha’s Vineyard and New York City where he led menu and mixology curation, all while sharing the stories of cocktails with friends made along the way.
Phil is excited to join the TableOne team and looks forward to sharing many more stories as he embarks on this new chapter of his career.
