Anthony Kinn, a Pennsylvania native, started his culinary journey in Philadelphia before attending The Culinary Institute of America. With over 18 years of experience in the hospitality industry, he has traveled to various cities alongside his wife, Daniella. As a dedicated Philadelphia sports fan, AK loves the Eagles, 76ers, and Phillies.
From his early days as a dishwasher at age 12 to becoming a line cook at 16, AK's passion for the industry grew. He joined Four Seasons Hotels & Resorts, achieving Forbes 4 Stars in Scottsdale and contributing to openings in San Francisco and Denver.
As GM at Wit & Wisdom and PABU Izakaya, he showcased his leadership. AK's role expanded to Director of Operations and then VP of Operations, overseeing multiple restaurants and openings, including Michelin-Starred establishments. In 2020, he became Chief Operating Officer for the MINA Group, focusing on owned restaurants. With 25+ years of experience, exceptional knowledge, expertise, and outstanding leadership qualities, TableOne is thrilled to have Anthony Kinn join the team.
