Adreena Martin is a seasoned Executive Leader and Human Resources professional with over 30 years of experience in the hospitality industry, including nearly five years with Highgate Hotels. Before joining TableOne, Adreena dedicated 28 years to Hyatt Hotels, where she held various roles in Sales, Operations, Finance and Human Resources across the US, Canada, and Caribbean regions.
Adreena brings extensive expertise to TableOne, covering employee engagement strategies, policy and procedure development, project management, process improvement, DEI (Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion), payroll and benefits, international recruiting, and employee retention strategies. She has a proven track record of fostering growth, innovation, and operational excellence in Human Resources.
In her personal time, Adreena enjoys spending time with her family and traveling the world, often relaxing on the beach and soaking up the Sun.
